Midwest Scents Shipping Policy

At Midwest Scents, each product is handmade with care. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom or large orders will get estimated dates upon ordering.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment:

    • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Local Pickup

If you choose local pickup:

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready.

  • Pickup instructions and location details will be included in that email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Midwest Scents is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Midwest Scents is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Wax products may soften or melt during extreme heat. While we package orders carefully, Midwest Scents is not responsible for minor melting due to weather conditions. Most wax products will return to normal once placed in a cool environment.
